My goal is to help you break through the blocks we’re able to identify together, and that means supporting you throughout daily life as you’re actually experiencing those blocks. As a 1:1 Coaching Client, you’ll get access to messaging me via Slack at any time, Monday through Friday. So, if you have a question, a situation arises that you need support on, or you just want to be seen and acknowledged in what’s going on—good or bad—I’ll be there for you between our routine sessions.

Well, the biggest difference is that you don’t have to be in Florida or Connecticut for us to work together! Outside of that, I think the nuances between therapy and coaching are actually QUITE different.
ChatGPT says that the primary difference between therapy and coaching is that therapy is focused on healing where coaching is focused on growth. However, I do take a hybrid approach where we are able to recognize how your patterns might be holding you back from that growth (and work on addressing them in the process).
Where therapy focuses on stability, coaching is focused on optimization.
Through our coaching together, I want to help you experience the new levels of potential that come when you can finally free your mind from the hold anxiety has on you.

Great question! The time it takes to feel less anxious depends on a number of complex factors, including your history, the severity of your anxiety and how actively you engage in the work we do together.
In this 12-week coaching program, we’ll focus on understanding your anxiety triggers as well as root causes, creating new coping strategies, identifying self limiting beliefs and learning skills for emotional regulation and more!
Many clients start feeling some relief and progress within the first few weeks, but ultimately, how quickly you feel less anxious depends on how committed you are to applying the tools and techniques we discuss. This process is not about 'instant fixes' but about gradual, sustainable change. I'm here to support you every step of the way to help you feel more calm, confident, and in control of your anxiety.

You’re allowed to bring ALMOST anything! And you can trust if it’s something I can’t handle or is out of our scope, I will tell you that. The main goal of support between sessions is for you to FEEL SUPPORTED. So, you can ask a question, get guidance on a situation that arises, share in wins or struggles just to be witnessed, ask for accountability, etc.
